Warranty All work is guaranteed. Any manufacturer or OEM warranty has first service coverage. All work to be perform by Periscope Computer Services is to be outline in writing and will be considered a contract between Periscope Computer Services and the signed customer. Periscope Computer Services will refund all moneys to a customer if the work agreed upon cannot be completed. Termination of a contract between Periscope Computer Services and a customer may occur prior to any work being started without penalty, and within three days of signing the contract.   Periscope Computer Services will not be responsible for any cost for equipment or part replacement due to any malfunction unrelated to the service agreement or contract arrangement.   Periscope Computer Services will not be responsible for any data lost unless specified in a contract.  All data should be backed up prior to any work being done.  Periscope Computer Services guarantees all its work.
